Colorado Funders for Inclusiveness and Equity (COFIE) and the Colorado Association of Funders invite you to a facilitated conversation featuring national and local experts on the issue of gentrification. This program is designed to allow funders to:
  • Explore emerging strategies to address challenges brought about by the revitalization of neighborhoods in Denver and beyond
  • Learn about and discuss the implications of property values and rents that are rising far faster than the wages of many residents of our communities
  • Think about the role philanthropy can play as well as learn about the work that nonprofits, in partnership with government, are already doing to help preserve the diversity and vitality of the region
Continental Breakfast and Registration begin at 8 a.m.
Program will begin at 8:30 a.m.

Free street parking is available
